Movie Review : The bridges of madison county

Directed by Clint Eastwood
Starring Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood

Plot : A married woman with 2 teenage children will be spending time alone @ home for 4 days as her family members are going for some state fair .. Now, she has got a perfect opportunity to live her dreams on .. to do whatever she wants to do .. to live her dreams .. and if all goes well, she can LIVE her dreams in real .. :) and yes, it does .. Opportunity comes her way on the very 1st day with a entry of hero.. who happens to be the chance she wanted to badly ...
He approaches to her to ask address of Madison county's covered bridge .. as she is not sure of it's address , she goes  with him to show the bridge ... Now, the bridge becomes the point where they first 'spot' each other as a love interest.
At the first meeting itself, they get drawn to each other.. it is pure passion, attraction and some of lust which gets converted into a sheer  LOVE for each other ...She gets attracted to him physically upon seeing his half naked body .. then, they both bonds with each other over lunch and then over dinner .. The little details which are shown of their first day tell us all .. :) They do kiss and eventually share a bed with passion for each other .. The beauty of their love does not dies away with it. It grows with every moment .. like their love.. Over the next 2 days, they fight, they make up, they hang out together, they talk out loud their fears and the worst comes out  to be 'getting apart' ...

He urges her to come with him..and she decides to do so ..to follow her heart.

Finally, the day arrives , she packs her things to run away with him .. but, while taking meal with each other for last time, she changes her mind .. she chooses the great responsibility of her over her true love .. Shocked, he leaves her .. knowing he wont come, she still keeps on hoping he will come..

Eventually her family comes home and  still she  hops that he would come .. but, nope. they both  were not meant to meet again , to live life together ..
Her dilemma which is depicted in the movie is wonderful... Her completes all her duties  with same smile on face but a big agony in her heart.  He never contacts her until her husband dies. He sends her a baggage containing all their memories  together and also a book dedicated to her named "Four days" by him.

The beauty of the movie lies in the direction and  both leading actors .. All the other things are just negligible ..Viewer gets so mesmerised by the leading lady's charm and later on by their love's charm..
Every couple should watch this movie if they wants to fall in love with each other all over again.. :)
